The initiatives aim to expand the country’s energy and digital connectivity with the region, while also supporting private sector development, social protection, and human capital.

They include the integration of energy systems, the development of cross-border electricity trade, the creation of digital corridors, and expanded internet access.

The total value of the programs is estimated at $70 billion through 2035.
