During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and future opportunities for deepening cooperation between the research centers of Uzbekistan and the UAE.

IICA Director Javlon Vakhabov emphasized the importance of a systematic dialogue between the think tanks of the two countries for strengthening mutual understanding, expanding expert exchange, and developing joint initiatives, while also highlighting the prospects for further advancing engagement within the “Central Asia–GCC” format.

EPC President Ebtesam Al-Ketbi, for her part, also underscored the importance of continuing cooperation between the think tanks of the two countries, especially in the context of the sustainable development of trade and economic relations and the growing need for high-quality expert and analytical assessment of promising areas of cooperation.

Concluding the meeting, the parties confirmed their readiness to continue practical and research cooperation in the interests of further strengthening mutually beneficial ties between Uzbekistan and the UAE.
