The event was organized by the National Research Institute for the Development of Communications with the support of the Institute of Scientific Information on Social Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The forum brought together representatives of research and government institutions from Russia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Georgia, Serbia, and the countries of Central Asia.

During the expert session "Russia and Central Asia: Security, Politics, and Regional Integration", Kakhramon Allaberganov focused on the strengthening of regional consolidation in Central Asia.
"Thanks to the trust-based dialogue between the leaders of our region and our joint efforts, a 'New Central Asia' is taking shape — a unified region with shared goals, objectives, and priorities," he noted.

In his view, the development of the Central Asia–Russia dialogue rests on a high level of mutual trust and a solid legal framework, while the region's relations with Russia carry the character of a strategic partnership and long-term cooperation.
Summing up the event, experts noted a steady trend toward deeper political dialogue between Russia and the countries of Central Asia, the expansion of practical cooperation, and the strengthening of partnership ties at both bilateral and multilateral levels.
